When I make an email campaign and go to send it, it is ticked as 'Send as Dry Run' as default, why is this and why should I 'Dry Run' it?

I need to send out a bulk monthly newsletter email to all my contacts. Is there a way to do this in XPOR? I would need to be able to see if they are delivered or read as well. Is this possible?

I can send emails from my work email address but i was wondering if it is possible for me to send emails from my XPOR website? This would make it easier for me to track my work emails on the go.
