What's the difference between "Associations Query" and "Associations Query Guided" Data sources?

Whats the difference between Associations Query and Associations Query Guided Data sources?

The difference is the data that is returned. "Associations Query" only gives you fields from the last object in the Query, "Associations Query Guided" gives you all fields from every object in the Query.
