Do I need to make a separate website for mobile users?

I want my website to look good and work well for both desktop and mobile users, so do I need to make a separate website for mobile users?

It isn't necessary to make a different website for mobile users, Webpage Templates can be very responsive to what device they are being viewed on. 

When Viewed on mobiles Webpages rearrange their Atoms from being in a Table format to being in a List format. For example:

Atom 1, Atom 2, Atom 3
Atom 4, Atom 5, Atom 6
Atom 7, Atom 8, Atom 9

becomes

Atom 1
Atom 2
Atom 3
Atom 4
Atom 5
Atom 6
Atom 7
Atom 8
Atom 9

You can also configure atoms to be hidden on mobile to give you more flexability with what is shown.
