In the backend, on the object browser, if I right click on an object there are two options - 'Remove' and 'Delete'. What is the difference? They sound like the same thing?

If I don't know what folder/group/container that something I need is in, how else can I find it without clicking back and forth in the Object Browser?

I know that all my information is stored in the back end but i can't figure out how to get there. Could you tell me how to access it?
