The Advanced Search feature is described in a separate Help Resource.  As part of the process it is possible to Save the Advanced Search query, which can be usefull if you re-run the search query on regular occassions.

Having creating an Advanced Search query, the outcome will be presented to you, similar to the following;

By saving the Advanced Search Query this will open a dialogue to give the Query a name and a storage location;
