The BOGOF (Buy One Get One Free) Offer is a promotional object that automatically adds free products to a customer’s basket when they purchase a qualifying item. By selecting the product(s) involved and setting the ratio (the number of free items awarded per purchase), the system handles the addition of the free items without any manual intervention.
