Reading Emails

Reading Emails

In XPOR you can read your own emails and review the contents of emails you have sent from the email campaign manager. This help resource will show you how to do both.

Reading Recieved Emails

Open the email campaign manager and in the My Received Emails area navigate to the email you wish to read. This can be made easier by using the columns to sort them. Once you have found the email you want to read double click on it. This will bring up the email window with 3 tabs.

Email Info: This tab includes the general information for the email including the Email ID, Status, address the email was sent from, the date/time processed and whether it is delivered, read or bounced.
Contents: This shows the actual email contents and subject line where you can read the email in its entirety.
Links Clicked: This is a record of the links you have clicked in this email and when you did so. It will also show the images that have been seen in that email. The third column shows if the link is an image or not.

Reviewing Sent Emails

Go into the Email Campaign Manager and find the My Sent area. Double click on the email batch you want to review. This will open a window for that email batch. Click on the Recipients tab. The other tabs are explained in a separate help resource. Then double click anywhere on the row of the email you want to view (other than the notes column). This will bring up the email window. This is very similar to the Recieved Emails window.

Email Info: This tab includes the general information for the email including the Email ID, Status, address the email was sent to, the date/time processed and whether it is delivered, read or bounced.
Contents: This shows the contents of the email that was sent to that person. Be aware that emails and email recipients that have failed to send will not have any content to view due to the email not being processed.
Links Clicked: This is a record of the links the recipient clicked on and when they clicked on it. It will also show the images that have been seen in that email. The third column shows if the link is an image or not.

You should now be able to read any email sent or recieved by XPOR.
